 * Hello,
 * Thank you for this pluggin. Today i saw i have problem with website. When someone
   comes to website(first time), there is not full Shipping and Payment sections.
   Shipping visible only flat rate. But if i press refresh button, everything is
   visible good. If person comes second time, everything is visible correctly.

 * Thanks for using our plugin. I have visited your link ,it seems the plugin is
   not active right now. Please try deactivating any other checkout related plugins
   to see the real functioning.
 * For the shipping section yes, I know there is an issue with it. you have to wait
   2-3 days for the new update for this section.
 * As soon as we remove this, we will let you know.
