# Mobile display & function fail

 * I have the multilanguage switcher installed in the mobile off canvas menu, however
   it does not allow user to change languages. I also tried using the widget in 
   the header, like on desktop version, but it does not generate the code and will
   not appear.

 * Most likely you have installed different types of switchers for different menus.
   Make sure you use the same types for all menus. As I understand you wanted to
   use Google Auto Translate.

 * I don’t understand. I have the multi language switcher installed in menu (screenshot),
   then I have the multi language switcher widget installed in the desktop website
   header (screenshot).

 * Hi,
 * The Google Auto Translate insert feature only works using a shortcode. It cannot
   be added to the side menu like you are trying to do.

 * I cannot get the shortcode to show up at all. I have added it to the bottom of
   this page and the shortcode does not appear on desktop or mobile.
