    Hi Mateusz,

Images are missing when my site is viewed on mobile device (eg iOS).

I am aware that WebP images aren’t supported in some browsers but as far as I understood with this plugin, a jpg version should be shown on browsers where WebP isn’t supported.
I am not sure where I am going wrong?
I have checked your FAQs but am still none the wiser.

I have disabled the caching plugin (Cache Enabler) on my site and also placed Cloudflare into dev mode to bypass their cache. All caches have been cleared. However, images still won’t load on mobile browser.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @guyd2020,

    Thank you for your message.

Could you give me your website URL?

I have turned off dev mode in cloudflare and re-activated Cache Enabler so that the issue can replicated at your end.

Many thanks for taking the time to look at this for me.

Thank you for your help. Using the Chrome browser, you are redirected to WebP and it looks like your server remembers this redirection. For example, when using Internet Explorer 11, which does not support WebP, redirection still occurs.

This means that your server uses what cache. Could you contact the administrator of your server?

    OK will do.
What do I specifically need to ask them?

Tell them what I wrote above. Unfortunately, I don’t have anything else to add.

I had a similar problem when my images won’t display on iPhone and iPad because their browser wasn’t supporting WebP. I solved it by completely disabling default wordpress caching (Go to Settings > General > Cache level 0 (off))

I had several layers of caching (Cloudflare, a plugin, and this default wordpress cache(now disabled) ) and images were displaying randomly on different devices. Try to only have one caching layer.
