mobile menu

Hi,
I have a problem with the menu mobile. I can see the hamburger, but not the menu. I followed all the tips of this forum but I’m still with the same problem. (I’m trying with Chrome browser in several Android devices).

Hello,

It may be a plugin conflict. Try to disable/enable plugin one by one and reload the site each time to check the issue.
If you are using the child theme, then switch to the Parent OceanWP theme and check it works or not.

I already had done that. In fact, I disabled all the plugins.

Hello,

Can you share the screenshot of the Menus settings page? Enable the Mobile menu location for the main menu from the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus or create a new menu and assign it for the mobile menu.

Sorry, but now I see that with the parent theme activated it really works. I don’t know why before I didn’s see working.

Happy to hear that it is working. With the child theme, please check the menu settings again.

The point is that changing the menu settings in the child theme it doesn’t work!

Try to set the menu from the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus page and set all the menu related settings to default from the Customizer panel.

I found out the error, it’s some conflict with learnpress. I’m still resolving it, but at least, I know what plugin is guilty ;).
