    Hi there,

I’m afraid I don’t have an android device to check on but I don’t see any reason why it would work on other devices and not Android.

Is it a particularly old device or old browser you are using?

I don’t have an Android device either, but two users have told us that doesn’t work on their phones. So I have been testing on http://www.browserstack.com , it allows you test on all Android devices.

It seems as if the menu doesn’t open on any of them, including Samsung, Google, and LG phones. I have tried testing on a couple of the newest phone versions, with up to date versions of Chrome and Firefox browsers.

It seems to work fine on iOS devices, so I am kind of stumped.

    Hi there,

I just signed up for the free trial at browserstack and you can see the issue immediately.

There are 2 big red notifications on the DEVTOOlS tab which when clicked on provide the exact errors:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘prototype’ of undefined
    at http://www.intranetconnections.com/:274:20
    at dispatch (http://www.intranetconnections.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3:12444)
    at r.handle (http://www.intranetconnections.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3:9173)

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘prototype’ of undefined(…) on Line 274 of index

Have you tried deactivating other plugins and your theme to see if it is actually a problem with my plugin and not being caused by something else as it looks like above?

    Peter
