@natalierivera81 How have to set the popup to trigger? Examining your site, looks like you set the popup to appear when a text element inside the popup is clicked. Which is a problem, becuase your popup wont’ appear without clicking the element but since the popup is not visible yet, there is no way to click the element.
If you want to trigger the popup to open, you should always use a button in your page not inside the popup. Or you can simply disable the click trigger option and set the trigger option to “On Page Load”.
Best Regards
Thank you. The trigger is not a click, it is PAGE LOAD on the entire site. The click on the banner is what I have set as the “goal” for tracking.
Also, it shows perfectly fine on the desktop, just not on mobile.
I tried turning off all frequency limitations and still nothing.

@natalierivera81 Can you kindly let us know how we can trigger the popup? We were not seeing the popup both on desktop and mobile devices.

Looks like you are using a cache plugin. Did you try clearing the cache of the cache plugin? Or tried disabling the cache plugin temporarily?
The popup triggers on page load on any page in our site. There is nothing you need to do. For everyone else i’ve had test it, the pop-up shows as a banner at the bottom of the page on desktop, however the top sticky banner isn’t showing on mobile. It did previously show on mobile.
I have searched and we do not appear to have a cache plugin. If you’re seeing this somewhere, does it show what plugin it is because there is not one that is specifically for this purpose.
UPDATE – after further experimentation, I have found that the ONLY time I am able to see the popup banner, even on desktop, is when I am logged into the back end of my WordPress site. Otherwise, it doesn’t show.
That being said, since I put it up on the 31st, it shows 145 people have seen it but only 3 clicked. So, perhaps they didn’t actually see it?
If you’re unable to see it at all too, what could be preventing it?

@natalierivera81 Your website is using the WP Rocket cache plugin. Kindly clear the cache of the cache plugin and then disable the plugin for a while and see if the popup shows up.

Ok thank you. Yes, we did this and it did seem to fix the problem. Now the issue will be finding a way to cache our site without it interfering.
