 * Good day i have a strange problem. On my mobile phone there is this arrow below
   the chat (and you can’t see the chat good anymore). On Desktop all is fine?

 * Thanks for the screenshot. That is indeed a strange icon.
 * I just checked our chatbot on aipower.org via mobile and im not seeing such icon.
 * Couple of questions for you;
 * – Do you know in which version this started?
    – May i know which theme you are
   using in the chatbot? Dark, light, or any other? – What happens when you disable
   all plugins in your site? Is it same? – What happens when you change your worpdpress
   theme? Is it same?

 * I found it! it is the plugin [https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/sg-cachepress/](https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/sg-cachepress/)
   which makes the problem

 * Thank you so much for letting me know. I will now install that plugin and find
   out why it happens and will fix it.
