 * Hello,
 * Plugin works fine on desktop however friends have looked at my site on their 
   mobiles and the cookie notice does not appear on the home page but it does appear
   on the Contact Us page. Settings are present and correct. What is going on here?

 * Could you please check if there are any options to delay JS in the caching plugin
   that you are using(WP Rocker)? Try disabling it and test.

 * Hi! I checked and it seems to be working now! I think it may have indeed been
   a cashing issue. Thank you for providing the plugin:-)
