Mobile Responsiveness Doesn't Work

I’m using the Scroll Me theme with Page Builder. The desktop version of my site looks great, but when I view it on mobile, the slider is cut off, images/texts are spaced incorrectly and not laid out properly, etc. What should I do to fix this? I want it to mimic exactly what the desktop looks like here:
