My website not working perfectly on the mobile. When I use this plugin, this issue is coming but when I deactivate the elements kit lite plugin, then the scrolling issue is gone. I need help and need a solution. Please help mw. Please send me a screenshot or video of the problem to understand it clearly if it still exists. But prior to that, You can run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue. * To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using. * If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem. * Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. Use your mobile phone. Then check the website and you will get the scrolling issue. And I have deactivated all other plugins. All is okay. Only elements kit lite plugin is the issue. I have used the twenty-twenty default theme. Please recheck on your phone again. Then you will get the issue. I will wait for your response. I can easily be able to Scroll on your site from Mobile Devices. Nothing wrong is happening there.
