    The mobile version of my site is not taking any updates and I can’t figure out why. I don’t think it is a plugin or cache issue. I removed all mobile site related plugins and do not have any cache plugins. I also cleared all caches on my mobile web browsers, and confirmed that my webhost does not do their own caching.

    On the desktop site at the bottom of my page, you see the price as $35 (sale price). On the mobile site, it is stuck at $99, among many other changes that are not coming through.

    Another example: On the “Contact and FAQ” page on the desktop site, the instructions are about online delivery. On the mobile version of this site, the instructions are stuck with snail mail delivery.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your help.

    It happened with us as well but then we refresh the page it started working normally. Can you check again? Let us know.

    Hello Hardeep,

    Thanks very much for your response! I was able to fix the site by correcting an DNS error. Now I need to figure out how to stop the menu from immediately closing on mobile version. I can make a new post regarding that.

    Glad to know that. Can you try to disable all the plugins to see if any plugin is causing this issue? Let us know.
