Hi, I am having an issue with the slider when it goes into mobile mode and I cannot seem to correct it. When the banner is looked at from a mobile phone it becomes very small and you can barely read the print that’s inside it. Could you please tell me how to correct that?

You should switch to mobile mode: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/444-interface-slide-configuration-area#device
and using the size modifier, increase the font sizes: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/444-interface-slide-configuration-area#size

You could set a minimum height to your slider at the Slider settings -> Size -> Responsive mode: Full width: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/399-responsive-mode-fullwidth
to prevent it from shrinking too much (and to have a bigger area for your layers).
