Mobile Smooth Scroll Offset Not Working

    No matter what value I set for Mobile Smooth Scroll Offset, it does not work. I have tried other plugins like “Scroll to Page id”. This plugin works for setting up mobile offset but it doesn’t work with the anchor links set up using “Easy Table of Contents”.
