 * Looks like it could be a CSS issue on Safari, I can reproduce it on one of my
   test sites, but not all of them which is odd.
 * Can you export your settings for me? Go to the advanced settings and enable import/
   export and you should then get a new menu item. I’ll look into it in the meantime.
