Mobile & tablet site editing

Hello,
I would like to ask how to edit which part of the header banner is shown on mobile sites without affecting the desktop site. Currently, the right side is shown while I would prefer the left side to be shown when it’s shrunken down. Preferably, I’d prefer to use an entirely different logo, but changing which side of the header banner is shown on mobile & tablet will suffice.
