 * In activation plugin calls something that mach this:
    “(?i:/cc(?:$|[\\t\\n\\r\”‘\\-;`
   |])|(?:\\b(curl|wget)|[;`|][^a-zA-Z0-9_]{0,}?\\bcc)\\b)” Why? Why this plugin
   needs curl or wget executed?

 * This is because “cc” part in the plugin’s name, which tends to conflict with 
   mod_security.
