 * I edit htacces file for increase speed, Everything is fine but i publish at least
   one post on the day. now i can’t see new posts. how can fix it?

 * depends your server / vps power.
    by default worpdress works on a logic basis
   but has no cache system by default (home page, every thing is generated at each
   access if you don’t use a framework or bought theme). then if you don’t use any
   kind of cache system like memcache, op, or so, it’s done by your provider, caching
   it on shared servers (a pain when dev by the way).

 * i add now many hosts/providers use virtual cache, but, it’s not for launching
   homepage or so, more like cdn for images and fonts, google fonts are extreme 
   fast now for example it’s not worth mention. same for rather decent jquery calls
   if not 12 at a time like bad coded themes.
