# Modal Box problem

 * Hi. I’m having trouble using the modal box button. When I click it, the modal
   window with the appointment booking form doesn’t open. Do you have any ideas 
   on how to force the modal window to open?

   the first time a new user sees a modal window, but after refreshing the page
   it no longer displays

 * This usually happens when one of the installed plugins is causing a conflict 
   with Dynamic Assets Generate feature in Premium Addons.
 * Please navigate to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> Widgets & Addons tab,
   disable Dynamic Assets Generate and let me know if it did the trick.
