# Modified Dates

 * It looks like the modified date that’s displayed is the date the file was uploaded
   into the document library. We are using Crystal Reports Management Console to
   run and update reports on a daily basis. They are written out to the mdocs/upload
   directory, replacing the previous days reports. This works fine as long as the
   name of the file isn’t changed. Can the modified date that’s displayed be the
   actual file date? Thanks.
