 * is there a way to modify the “look” on a widget, basically I want to ad some
tags to the code of the widget (Recent Posts) so I can manage its look with my
style.css file, can it be done? how?

 * Have a look in your theme’s functions file. The markup and classes for the widgets
should be specified in there using [register_sidebar](http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Widgets_Api/register_sidebar).
