Modify Fields in Ink Appointment form

Hi there
Does anyone know if it’s possible to remove the field ‘service price’ and modify the select service field to add options in the Ink Appointment plugin? I’d also like to modify the text on the submit button.
Or does anyone know where the plugin code goes so I can modify myself?
