 * First of all a great plugin in! i have a question
 * How can add a link to
 *     ```
       <a href="#" class="nav-tab nav-tab-active">
       			<?php _e( 'Step 1' ); ?>
       ```
   
 * i know that you have to remove # and there to place the link.
 * But do i have make a page in php or or html ?
