 * I am puzzled by the choice of options for the admin bar menu. (The top menu bar
that appears when an admin is logged in.) It seems to consist of choices that
would only be useful in the earliest days of site setup and configuration, and
requires the user to click “Dashboard” to bring up the full side menu to access
posts, pages, users etc. – the things that would need to be accessed frequently
during a WP site’s life. Maybe I’m missing something, but having quick, top-level
links to those latter admin pages would be far more useful than for Header, Background,
   Menus etc.
 * Is this menu configurable, and if so, where?
