# Modifying Edit Post Admin

 * In the Edit Post admin page (edit.php), there is currently the ability to filter
   posts by category.
 * I’m looking to modify this functionality so that filtering by category only shows
   those posts to whom the category is the direct parent (ie, only show the posts
   that are first-level children of the selected category).
 * Is there any reasonable way to implement such a mod?

   maybe.
