[Plugin: eShop] Modifying eShop Checkout Page

We’re 99% ready to go with eShop. Just a couple questions before we go live. I do not know how to write a plug-in, but can work with html. Need some guidance on the best approach for making these types of changes.

1. We’d like to make a few modifications to the checkout page. We deliver baked goods to a small geographic area. Would like to include the following fields:

* date to be delivered

* delivery address (to replace shipping address / details – we don’t ship only deliver) – no need for state/province/country details since we only deliver to a small geographic area in Illinois.

* add verbiage to the cash payment option (or replace existing cash image with text) that says “Payment upon Delivery.” I did enter “Payment Upon Delivery” in the “change cash name to” section, however that didn’t impact the checkout page in any way.

2. When testing the PayPal option (in Live mode), a Thank You message displayed, but I was not redirected to PayPal to confirm my order. I was testing with a “$0” cost item. Could that be the reason why?

3. Is there a way to add the per item price to the shopping cart? Currently it shows quantity and total cost only for each item.
