 * One issue is that your server is not allowing a connection to [https://itunes.apple.com](https://itunes.apple.com).
 * Try accessing the url in the error message from a browser on your server. Do 
   you get the same 403 error?
 * For the second issue, I need to know what version of the plugin and WordPress
   you are using. Also if you can find the PHP version on the server, that will 
   help me find the issue.
