# mostly good functionality, horrible support

 * I have the paid version and, alas, the support is horrible. If you get a response
   at all then chances are it’ll take days or weeks and require you to keep bugging
   them to get some sort of response. Functionality is mostly good but a little 
   shaky too. I’ve mostly worked around its glitches with local code changes, but
   of course they get wiped out every time there’s an updated plugin and I have 
   to re-apply them.
 * UPDATED 03/02/17: The latest versions of the plugins seem to have fixed the previous
   problems I was hitting: File Manager 4.1.4 and File Manager Pro 4.1.2. Changed
   from 2 stars to 4 stars.
