Mouse Hover on link doesnot seem to work

    Great Plugin Indeed,

    I am using your plugin for quite long. But I am observing that links donot preload on mouse hover, even setting are set to 0ms.

    I used Instant Page plugin. And that worked fine on mouse hover.

    But as your plugin is stating the same capability, then why its not working?

    Mind it I am using Autoptimize, and Cloudflare too.
