Can the print button be moved to the end of the recipe box? If so, how?

Sure! Using the Template Editor you can move that button anywhere you want:
https://help.bootstrapped.ventures/article/53-template-editor

An easy way to move things around is to go into “Edit HTML” and cut/paste the print button shortcode.
