Move "Submit Button" up under To-Do

Move “Submit Button” up under To-Do where the form is to add a new To-Do.

Not really a big deal… I did some editing of the core .class.php file and moved the button up.

With the button at the bottom it is just a little less handy, for me.

Probably just me… being too lazy 🙂 to scroll the page with an extra mouse button scroll move.
I also made the form 100% width in the CSS file.

This is a really great little plugin that is very helpful.
