Moving entry-meta

By default, the post date and author are indicated at the top of the post in the entry-meta element. I’d like to have this information appear at the bottom of the post instead.

As I understand it, I need to create a child theme in order to do this. But, thus far, I’ve been unable to find the relevant portion of the theme’s files that needs to get modified in the child theme.

Would you have any suggestions for making this modification?

N.B.: I’ve given one post as an example in the link here. But, I’d like to apply this modification to all posts.
