    Hello.
    We use the Testimonial Basics plugin, but unfortunately it’s no longer supported and has been abandoned. We’re now looking for a new plugin for customer testimonials. However, we don’t want to lose our old testimonials. Therefore, we want to be able to import our existing testimonials. Is this possible with this plugin?

    The Testimonial Basics plugin allows you to export reviews to a XML file.

    Site Reviews allows you to import reviews from a CSV file.

    I would try this:

    1. Export your Testimonial Basics reviews to a XML file
    2. Use an online tool to convert the XML to a CSV file. There are many websites that do this, here is one: https://tableconvert.com/xml-to-csv
    3. Install Site Reviews and use the Import Reviews tool it provides to import the reviews.

    Thank you very much. After a little work here and there, it’s working now. The migration was successful. We’re very happy with the new plugin Site Reviews and that we didn’t lose any testimonials after the migration.
