 * Hello. Thank you very much for the plugin. I see in the back-end that there is
   a setting I can enable: _Improve performance and reliability by not loading the
   following plugins for migration requests. _ This sounds like something I might
   want to do. But the description suggests:
 * > We recommend only loading plugins that affect migration requests, for example
   > a plugin that hooks into WP Sync DB.
 * I’m not sure what this means. Aside from Migrate DB, what plugins would affect
   migration requests? How can I test my plugins to determine which affect migration
   requests and which don’t?
