 * Having struggled for a while to resolve an issue with the calendar, and having
   limited technical experience, I was delighted to find Frank who diagnosed the
   issue and pointed me in the right direction to achieve a resolution. I thought
   it might have been beyond my technical ability but I surprised myself and we 
   now and a fully functioning calendar again thanks to the wonderful support. Thank
   you – it’s great to know that expert help is there even for the less technical
   customers.
