 * Hello – I have searched for a while and cannot find the exact question being
   addressed.
 * We are using this database as a place to store/update our mailing list.
 * I would like our staff (5 people max) to have access to the database to add or
   edit entries on their own (without my having to do it) – sort of like if this
   database were set up in MS Access.
 * Is the only way to have them as WordPress users? There’s no way I can teach them
   all how to navigate WP.
 * Thank you.

 * The problem with not giving them WP accounts is there is no other way to verify
   their identity. It is possible to set up WP account roles that only have access
   to specific pages in the WP admin.
 * You can also set up WP roles that don’t have access to the backend at all. In
   that case, you would set up a private page on the frontend where they can access
   and edit records. However, the plugin is not set up to be administered from the
   frontend, it does require some extra steps to make that possible. Take a look
   at this article for some help with that:
 * [Adding an Edit Record Link to the Frontend List](https://xnau.com/adding-an-edit-record-link-to-the-frontend-list/?swcfpc=1)
 * The UI is not going to be as capable as it is in the admin section.
