    I’m working on me new website, i want to use theme transcend, I’m beginning
   with free version and i need to buy version PRO, but I need previusly to know
   if version PRO is multi-language.

 * You do not need to purchase the premium version in order to make your website
   multilingual.
    You can use plugins for this: Polylang, WPML, etc.
