# Multi language with Polylang

 * How can I use Ultimate Member with Polylang? I found this [https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1449-how-to-translate-plugin#switch](https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1449-how-to-translate-plugin#switch)
   in the docs, but where to download the “special version”?
 * Does it mean the current version 2.1.11 is not ready for multi language yet?

 * Can’t say I’ve used it, or even knew it existed until now, but as per the link

 * Yes, it’s version 2.1.11 from the looks of it.

 * Then do a manual upload from your site dashboard.
 * Not sure how this works (e.g. will it install over current installed plugin given
   it looks like the version number is the same and how does it handle updates?)

 * [@cebuss](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cebuss/) Thanks, I found it and
   already installed it. First note was that the folder name wasn’t correct, so 
   I had to rename it and saw the same version numbers! To check it, I disabled 
   the original version and indeed there’s a multilingual function for the second
   language and it didn’t overwrite my former settings.

    How
   to handle the updates now? I couldn’t find documentations for the multilingual
   version. Do I have to update it manually from GitHub later again or do you provide
   future updates on wordpress.org?
 * I really need support for security reasons!
