 * There are no options in the Mobile Menu to do that. The plugin you are using 
   for translation should allow you to translate the menu.
 * What plugin are you using? Can you share your site URL?

   right in Hebrew and from left in English? the icon also need to be position on
   right for Hebrew and the left for English

   or LFT languages it’s not possible to select how the menu opens based on that.
