multi points with directions

Currently there is a project being pushed forward by Royal British Legion to create a interactive map that will show ww1 memorials around Cumbria (large chance of increasing to a wider area). The idea is to link up groups of these memorials as walks but the problem is finding a plugin that will support the 70+ points along with linking them with directions we would just like to know if this plugin supports these features?
