Multi-vendor plugin for WooCommerce (Special request, please read!)

Hi there,

I am new to e-commerce but serious about creating a store as I took on a project. I did lots of research, but I couldn’t find answers as there are many multi-vendor plugins out there, but the descriptions are not giving me answers to my specific needs. What I need:

– obviously multi-level vendors where they can have their own “store” (all plugins are ok with this.
– Commissions, payments, billing and summary. – Most plugins support this as well.
– Preset items for sale by vendors. – This is basic as well for all plugins.

The one I did not find answers for:
– I need a system, where buyers can post requests and vendors can accept those request. Whoever requests it, makes the product for the agreed price. Extra feature: buyers should be able to request specific vendor/vendors for the job, or they could just post it public and whoever takes it, wins the bid. So I need a system where “products” can be posted from both end.

Does anyone know whether this option exists, or this is something I would have to outsource for a WP developer?
