 * I have a multiple website and use the Woo Wallet plugin. How I want to syncronize
   the wallet user with all the website? Is it possible.
 * All using separate domain not multisite. It will good if we can syncronize the
   wallet depend on email account.

   You have to set up a WordPress multisite for this.
