 * before installing this plugin, I would like to know if it’s possible to add our
   own customized field and decide the translation of it?

 * Yes you can customized our plugin with your own way but you have to do code by
   your own and yes you can decide that you have translate that field or not by 
   just using WordPress standardized function. If you need our help for customization
   where you are stuck please tell us and we would definitely helped you.
