 * We are working on wordpress multi.So, Is there any way to add multilingual description?
   
   We can translate plugins but description, how?

 * JUST the plugin descriptions?
 * I thought that if you installed the languagepacks you’d get an option on your
   site that a user could change. And if so, that _should_ override the plugins 
   to use the language. Of course, you’re still stuck in the world where not every
   plugin is internationalized.

 * Plugin descriptions are translatable as they exist now.
 * You need to add a Text Domain header to your plugin, so Text Domain: your-plugin-
   textdomain. This is another header like Plugin Name and Description. You may 
   also need the Domain Path header.
