 * I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to translate the content on my WordPress
   site into both English and Chinese.
 * Which plugin is best for this?
 * Ideally, I just want to create a splash page whereby the visitor clicks on the
   English or Chinese Version to enter the website that is built on WordPress CMS.
 * Any suggestions for the best plugin for this?

 * There is no “translator” plugin. You can blog in Chinese and English, and have
   what you described, but you still have to make the posts.

 * Actually, there is… kinda. There’s a plugin that automatically creates links 
   to Babelfish and such though to translate your page on the fly.
