 * Does this plugin email all blog admins if a site has more than one? If so, is
   there a way to limit which admins receive emails? Thanks!

 * You can configure the recipients for every notification rule. It depends on what
   user/roles setup you have. For example you could create custom roles for different
   admins to use as recipients in PSN. Or you could create custom recipients lists
   with the Premium version or even just insert a custom email address as TO, CC
   or BCC recipient.
