Multiple blocks into one

I insert the same block of ads at three places on my pages (top, middle bottom). Right now I do that with three separate blocks. That works, but the same ad may repeat more than once on the page. Can I arrange it so I only use one block, place it in three places, and prevent duplicates? Thanks for your great program.
