 * Hi Guys,
    first of all I am fascinated how WordPress is taking off. I have been
   using Nucleus, MT, Blogger and Manila but WordPress seems to provide the best
   mix of all available functions… Anyway, right now I am setting up an internal
   weblog to power an email newsletter for 50 recipients . The idea is to store 
   the content in the weblog, making use of the category/subcategory capability.
   In the next step I want to tamper with the display method to be able to select
   multiple categories in one step (Radiobuttons) so users are enabled to select
   articles of relevant categories in one step and have them sorted and displayed
   on one long page. The last step would be to marry a php-based e-mail-newsletter
   solution with WordPress and have newsletter subscribers select categories of 
   interest and get a weekly html mail containing all articles, with WordPress as
   the CMS and archiving solution. My questions: Does anyone have done something
   similar already ? How should I start, which php-files must be tampered with ?

 * well i’m not knowledgable enough about the programming end to help you…you’ll
   probably have to do quite a bit of research on your own to exend it that much…
   but if you need multiple select, you want checkboxes, not radio buttons. radio
   buttons only let you select one at a time.
