 * Hi there,
 * I really like your plugin – it’s just great.
    Still I’m actually struggling to
   create a subscription form which allows me to ask the subscriber to check which
   social media they’re using. As a subscriber should be able to select more then
   just one … the readio buttons aren’t the right one…
 * When I select checkbox – it looks as if I would be only able to select one entry.
 * If I create individual checkboxes – then I’ve always the header as well.
    Is 
   there a way to create a checkbox list saying “Which Social Media are you on” *
   FB * G+ * twitter …
