 * The multiple choice fields on an iPhone or Ipad will not let you click Yes or
   No values.
    All other fields work fine. The multiple choice fields work fine 
   on the desktop.

 * I added this CSS code which seems to make it work but the selection is barely
   visible on my iPhone.

 * This is the one built with wpforms – if you look at the iPhone view you will 
   see the issues
