 * Am I able to create 5 – 7 columns? I need to create a calendar type layout (5
   days) with 3 checkboxes in each day – option 1, option 2, breakfast option. Thanks,

   integration for Caldera Forms. You might get outside help from the power users
   on here on how to achieve this using other party services, or if you would like,
   we can take a closer look at building this functionality for you. Please contact
